Absolutely splendid vintage sterling etched earrings signed FCC

These classic button-shaped screw back earrings are likely from the 50s, but they literally look brand new, with fine detail and no tarnish. They were designed by the Forstner Chain Corporation, which was founded in the US 100 years ago and specialized in fine jewelry made of gold and silver. They are about 2/3 inch in diameter. Marked Sterling Silver and FCC on the screw backs, which are in great working order. I have also listed a couple of similar pairs of etched sterling earrings, both oval shaped and both by Burkhardt, one gold washed (clip on) and the other silver (post), as well as several round etched sterling brooches by various makers, which would pair well with these earrings.
