Absolutely stunning floral print dress in size S

This dress is absolutely stunning for a wedding or a vacation. It is brand new with tag still attached but is coming apart in the seams in the waist area. It should be an easy fix. I will price this dress lower for that reason. It is such a beautiful dress. Ties at the shoulders so can adjust. Longer zipper in the back. Slit on the left thigh area. Fabric is not stretchy.
