Abstract pattern short sleeve knit top

Ribbed cuffs and hem. No manufacturer or size tags. Cannot read material tag(I believe it’s in Japanese). Approx 21in length, 15.5in from shoulder seam to seam, 12.5in sleeve length, 20.5in pit to pit, 14in width at hem unstretched.
