Vibrant and Festive The colour and the print are gorgeous. But the star of the show is the pleated effect. It also has a nice flow on the body. I also think it would work over a long-sleeved T-shirt. The only negative thing I could find is that it is not my size. So It has not been worn since it was purchased. Tags attached and a spare button is included.
