Why do you refer to this as a faux denim jacket?

@sonyahhh Hi Sonyah, the jacket is a cotton and polyester blend and it's softer and less thick compared to regular denim. I'm not sure what the exact difference is, but this one has a really cool acid-wash look to it, which it came with.
