Act Three polka dot dress (with pockets!)

Polka dot Act Three (Canadian) dress with short sleeves, pockets and a sheer overlay. There is a small rip near the zipper so I've priced accordingly. Size 8 and goes down to your knees (for reference I'm 5'3). Super cute, perfect for the office or as a wedding guest.
