tickle_trunk @scarletduncan yes it is elasticized but it’s definitely not stretching to Large. I’ll measure when I’m at home later 😊

tickle_trunk @scarletduncan hi! At rest the elastic is 26” and stretsches to 32”. Depending on your height though I believe it built to more under bust at rib cage. I’m 5’4” and if I wore it it would be the perfect length sitting there and I believe that’s why there is a panel before crinoline
