Addition Elle Blue Floral Maxi Dress

Elegant blue maxidress with floral pattern. Features puff sleeves and a ruffled hem. Perfect for casual outings. Unfortunately there is no fabric tag but it's almost a crinkle but not quite. It has texture let's say. Puffy sleeves and the top is fitted at the bust as I tried to show the round circle area. This is sounding awful. lol. The back has criss cross detail that ties up. It really is a cute dress or I wouldn't sell it. lol
