I also have the sweater in red another listing the colours are so bright this blue is no exception. This is a true ultramarine cobalt blue, and it is so bright and beautiful. I only wore the sweater a handful of times, and it is in perfect used condition. Please know that this piece was only put on the hanger for the purposes of taking the picture. It is being stored in a bin so that the shoulders and sleeves do not get warped by the hanger.
