Step 1 : Apply Nail Growth Optimzer to clean, dry, bare nails and seal the tip with the edge of the self-levelling brush. Allow 30 seconds to dry. May be worn alone or as a base coat under color polish. Apply once twice per week. Remove with regular nail polish remover. Step 2 : Apply Neroli Flower Cuticle Oil liberally to dry cuticles and nail matrix area and massage gently. Apply whenever cuticles feel dry, dehydrated and dull Non-greasy and highly absorbent.
