Full zip with drawcord at waist. Front zip pockets. Elastic cuffs with velcro. Vents at chest. It protects against some wind and rain. I wouldn't say it is rain proof. Model is 6' 2", 210 lbs. Good used condition. Mild pull marks on inner mesh lining, no rips. Approx 26" pit to pit, 19" side seam.
