@jennifernayl199 these are canvas upper. I’m usually a 7.5 but these were slightly too big so I opted for a tighter it with the 7. Hope this helps

@jennifernayl199 I don’t have them in front of me but would say about 2 inches. Its the perfect platform height imo. Just a bit of of a lift from a regular sneaker.
