Brand new. Never worn outside just tried on. I bought these in Italy last month on a whim, brought them home and they are super cute but I have three pairs similar and I don’t need another pair of white shoes. Because I bought these in Europe the size chart is a bit wonky. They are a EU 38 I fit 7-7.5 US and these fit me perfectly. They are true to size 38
