These are the platform gazelle sneakers. suede and leather uppers. the green has rubbed off onto the suede In some spots see images. I thought these were a true size 7. However, they were big which makes me think they are a men's 7 or a youth 7. either way they were too big. for reference I bought a youth size 5 and they fit much better. I am a true size 7 in women's shoes.
