Adidas climatePROOF jacket - women's S/M

this jacket is very unique and super cute. it's Adidas climaPROOF but from Asian country. I don't understand the labels. there is a an L for large but fits more like women's small/medium or youth Xtra large? I included pics. if you van translate for me. please leave a comment, thanks! this jacket is triple lined but the middle lining is polka dot with clear pink over top. the last pic is of the inner lining. the jacket consists of 3 thin layers. iv never seen jacket like this. it is very unique. I bought it at upperscale consignment. It's is too young looking for myself.
