Adjustable Size S to L NEW Hand Crocheted Rainbow Skirt

New Hand crocheted skirt with rainbow hem. About knee length or just above. Rainbow braided drawstring through top makes it adjustable to fit sizes small to large (last photos shown skirt on small model and large model). Yarn has some stretch. Design is openwork, so it is recommended that a slip be worn underneath. Size small to large (average size medium). Measures up to about 35" around top with drawstring to pull it in smaller. Length is 18". This is a new, handmade item.
