Adjustable dumbbells handles. Comes with the 4 clips/clamps (they just spin on). The handles are rubber coated, and on the one side of each, you can see they opened at the seal. I added duct tape to try and keep it together, but strong glue may help? The weighted plates all stay on regardless.
