Adjustable skirt with shorts underneath

This is a Adjustable navy blue skirt with a white and dark navy blue stripes on the tie. This Skirt is from the brand Cat & Jack. It is a size XL (14/16). This skirt is 60% cotton 40% polyester. It feels very nice and comfortable and it does not ride up when worn. The original price for this was $12 and I have decreased it to $6. (Note: This has been washed and cleaned and has no damage.)
