Adorable Blue and White Toddler Winter Bonnet and Scarf

New, never worn. Lovely, fresh, and soft. Both hand-knit. How cute is that hat!? Very warm with excellent coverage of ears a side of cheeks. Estimated sizing age 18m-3T for hat.
