Adorable Puffy Sleeved Paisley Velvet Dress

I love this dress but it fits too tight on my hips :( In excellent condition! The puffy sleeves are 🙌🏻 **PLEASE NOTE: Most of my pictures display lighter colours then what you will see in person. Please feel free to ask for more pictures in different lighting. I repurpose packaging for my own ease, and the environments sake. It wont look pretty but I will pack with care! :) Comes from a non smoking home, but I do have a dog.
