Adorable Vintage Kids' PRADA Black Snow Winter Boots. Size 6.5 US / 23

Hello and thanks for looking at these adorable Prada boots for kids. These appear to be a kids replica of adult boots from F/W 1999. They are in great shape. I find the zippers on these boots tricky to pull. They do zip up and down but I would have a hard time dressing a child in them due to this. Not sure if this could be addressed by a cobbler.
