Adorable blown glass American Woodcock figurine art piece. Possible Murano?

This is one of the most adorable glass Bird figures I have ever seen. This chubby little American Woodcock (my guess) stands at just above 5 inches tall In excellent shape. I took a picture of the chest showing a mark, which looks like it happened as it was being created. no cracks or chips or anything like that. I am unsure of this is a Murano piece, but the spots on its back look very similar to the Murano style. I would say it definitely has Italian origins.
