Adorable floral shorts with lace detail on the legs

The cutest floral fabric shorts with a lace border around the legs. Front tie and stretchy elastic waist. The tag was cut out for comfort, but I believe they were originally purchased from Forever 21. Fit like a small and sit high-waisted. Great condition!
