Adorable handmade knit baby girl skirt

I bought this off the fb market place. Listed as hand made. It was so cute and I thought it would be perfect for a new born photoshoot that never happened. I am not too sure the size honestly. I never tried it on my baby because we never had the photoshoot. I would say 0-3 months probably. Measuements provided. Lol stuffy for reference.
