Adorable vintage floral skirt

I am soooo in love with this one. Vintage Kitten skirt with covered side buttons, and floral print. 100% polyester. Unlined. One tiny pin prick hole in the waistband (see pic) but otherwise lovingly cared for and in wonderful condition. It’s a vintage size 12 but I have listed it as a medium. Please see measurements in pics to assess fit. 🌸
