This ultra feminine floral skirt hails from 1980s and was made in Canada. Elastic waist to fit a range of sizes and made of 100% rayon. Would fit like a mini skirt on someone taller, I’m 5’2 and it hits just above the knee. Reminds me of Rouje and Jeanne Damas, looks amazing with a wrap blouse or white lace top!
