New with tags, no flaws seen. Gorgeous navy blue sleevless halter dress. Top portion has a satin finish with bunching at waistline to accentuate the waist. Lovely long, flowy skirt with thigh high slit on the left side to add some flirt to it. I have one in size 4, one in size 0 and two in size 2. Size 4 dimensions armpit to armpit approx. 17" Length approx. 58" waist approx. 14 1/2"
