African Wooden Statue With Headdress

A wooden statue, likely of African origin, of a man wearing a headdress of feathers. There are decorations of leaves on the chest and forehead. Please note the split on the base in its rear and the statue is 16 1/2" tall, 2 1/4" deep and 5" at its widest.
