do these fit true to size and the waist?

@dred16 I'll measure the waist. I would say they do fit TTS. I'm always a 27 in Agolde Pinch Waist 90s and these were too big. brb for the waistband!

Waistband is 15", rise is 13" and thigh is 11" :)
