@sarahfisher478, I Am sorry that I didn’t get back to you before now, I broke my ankle on Thursday, waist on these is 16 inches. I bought them thinking they were Parker’s, but seem to small for that,

@ellenkro they were advertised as such, no interior tog to confirm, but they fit much smaller than my other Parker’s, so I think they are Dee’s
