Stunning Agua by Agua Bendita dress from the 2021 Domingo collection. The dress has never been worn since unfortunately it's too small for me (I'm size 4-6 and the upper waist area is too tight - return shipping to Colombia was too expensive). Purchased from Moda Operandi for 520CAD + shipping + 165$ duties/taxes + 30$ shipping. Comes with gorgeous garment bag. I would also be willing to trade with someone who has this dress in size M! ambradel @sheilatu Hi! Yes - underarm to underarm is about 18" flat, waist is 13" flat, and length (from the top of the back zipper to the hem) is 31".

ambradel @sheilatu Unfortunately it's 13" bang on, with pretty much no give. To be honest, I find that the ribcage/waist area of this dress is super small for a size S - I'm a 32B (32C on a good day) and I am not able to zip it all the way up.

ambradel @rodriguesmyanca Hi! It is truly stunning - I'm so reluctant to sell but unfortunately I just couldn't make it work size-wise. I do think it would fit a size 2-4 depending on your waist and bust measurement. I'm a size 4-6 and the area right below my chest (basically slightly below where your bra band would sit) is too tight. That area on me is about 32", so if you are smaller than that it should work.
