Airport dress in size 3. Made in Turkey NWT

Brown/brick/terracotta coloured drop waist dress made in turkey. Has a slight v in back. Bow and chain link accents on frill of dress. Has three quarter sleeves. Little bit of rough stitching inside of material, for the bow and chain, indicated in picture. Not sure if a size 3 is a small in U.S conversion. Item is in good condition. Never worn since size doesn’t work for me. Comes from smoke free home.
