44 is usually a 12 are you saying this fits more like a 10?

@jessicabalter it is a knit, so can be flexible. The knit is tightly woven. As it is a designer piece, designer sizing tends to be smaller. A 12 can fit in it, but it will be very tight. Think of it like a Spanx body suit. Hope that helps.
