Vintage 1980s Albert Nipon Shoulder Pad Long Sleeve Drop Waist Dress Size 24 Very good condition. Few minor pulls Features nautical anchor buttons on shoulders and one side of skirt. The hem buttons can be opened to make a split. Dress is lined and has big shoulder pads. Sleeves are slightly puffy.
