Great used condition lightweight boho dress. Deep green print. One of a kind. Lined. Waist flat and not stretched is about 17”, when elastic in back is stretched it is about 22”. It says “2X” but i would say more like an XL. Ptp about 20.5”.

@jamiemtyler54 no stretch in material but has gathers and elastic in back. Will add some more pics and fo a careful measurement

So the elastic in back pulls the sides of the front towards the back. If i stretch the waist elastic so that the side seams are flat as if there wasn’t elastic in waist….then it is about 23-24”.
