I can’t say it’s made small.
Ami usually does broad shoulders and slim waist.
Here is more size infos I just took.
From shoulder to shoulder : 21 1/2 inches
Waist : side to side : 18 inches
Length : from shoulder to bottom : 24 inches

Is the waist measurement taken from the bottom of the sweater? Or towards the middle? Thanks!

The width right under the arm is 23 inches.
The width at the bottom of the shirt (waist) is 18 inches.
The measurements have been taken on a flat surface.
