@maddieb944 Thanks for your question. The band pit to pit is 15" at rest and it is elasticated and stretchy. So as far as sizing, that's the part you'd want to "fit", the rest is pretty flowy and a-line so there's a lot more flexibility for sizing there. I hope that helps!
