Vintage Algo button front blouse in blue with white floral print. Wide lace collar at the front neckline. Has a modesty panel that can be snapped in place, or worn folded in for a deep V neckline. Large shoulder pads (could be cut out if you do not like shoulder pads). Sleeves are gathered at the shoulder and have decorative buttons at the cuffs. Has loops at side of waist to hold a belt in place. No size tag - fits like a women's XS/Sm - see below for garment measurements. Pre-owned vintage condition: white lace collar has a few small spots.
