I put almost every item into nice purple drawstring bags that I pay for. There's NO way that it was all scattered around and damaged. I took my time putting it all together very neatly and you know that!!! I even wrote you a nice note! Say what you want...I asked you how I could fix the problem. You ignored me!

Just send everything back and you can get your $ back!!!!!! I tried to make it all look nice and organized and it wasn't good enough!!!! You should have checked it before you rated it FIVE stars...that only makes sense to do!!!!!!!!! Send it ALL back and you will get a refund!!!!!
