itsriss Hello I purchased you pairs of shoes from you shipping was great package perfectly but one problem those pairs of shoes were Mark as a size 8 one pair was perfect and the Betsy's are beautiful but the second pair has two issues are not and eat they are not mine it says it on the interior of those shoes and it has the underscore that 9 to do so they aren't confused with the number 6 they also were described as new without box but on the bottom of the shoe you can obviously see they were worn...

itsriss I didn't want to make a big deal or case or give you a bad rating because the first pair of shoes were perfect I just want to be able to send back the black tennis shoes because I will never be able to use them since they're not my size. Could we come to some sort of agreement to make this right?

itsriss Such as I can ship them back to you out of my pocket and maybe you can ship out something of the same equal value from your closet but I can choose? I think you're a very reputable seller and as a seller myself I know how hard it is when someone gives you a terrible rating or a bad feedback for others to see when trying to decide to shop at your closet or not and I didn't want to be that person hope we can figure this out and come to a happy conclusion for both of us please get back to me ASAP

anaungar Dear Melissa, I’m so happy you loved your pieces! I have something funny to tell you about the package you liked: my husband had to pack the necklaces for you because I went to Orlando with my kids! I was teaching him on FaceTime how to print the shipping label, wrap with the bubble wrapping and put inside of the gift bag with my business card. :) the only thing he was shy to write, was the thank you note that I always add on my packages but he has a terrible handwriting!!! 🙈 ... continue..
