Silky black crepe shorts with beautiful scalloped lace trim, a drawstring waist, and pockets; relaxed fit NWOT - never worn, however there is one tiny snag in the lace that was there when purchased (see last photo) Approximate measurements lying flat: - Waist: 12.25" (however note that the waistband is elastic) - Hip: 18" - Length: 13"
