All Saints Flowy Blouse (small)

10/10 Very pretty long blouse made of sheer crepe fabric in black with small rose flowers. Multiple strings to cinch as you like. Pics show two ways to wear - full length sleeves and loose body or pulled up sleeves and tight waist. Worn once. No tags. Bought at All Saints store in Seattle in 2019. Model (me!): 125 lbs, 5’5”
