All Saints Ilia Polka Dot V-Neck Ruffle Dress Size 6

I have many dresses from All Saints but this one doesn’t look right on me (too loose). It has an elastic waistband. There is some printing imperfection near the right shoulder area. Not very noticeable because of the ruffles. This dress is 100% polyester and polyester chiffon frays easily. Because the ruffle edge was cut instead of heat-sealed, it causes a fringed look (please see the photos).
