Vintage 90s All That Jazz floral print dress. Just above knee length, short sleeves, shoulder pads, scalloped v-neckline, and faux pearl buttons. Buttons go all the way down the dress, but only function from the waist up. 100% rayon. There is some wear on the buttons, be sure to check the close up photos. Size tag is a little hard to read, but I think it says 6... Please refer to the measurements below!
