Gathered fabric on shoulders with a tighter arm details and extra fabric that hangs beautifully from the shoulder. Soft Cupro and Elastane fabric that feels silky and has plenty of stretch in it. Black. This dress can be worn two ways. Straight down and loose or underneath the dress are two ties that fasten around the waist and turn a knee length dress into a mini dress . See pictures.
