Hi, could you please tell me the flat seam waist measurement and whether or not the fabric has any stretch to it? Also, is there a zipper?

@judie3399 hi, the measurement of the waist lying flat is about 14.5 inches. there's no fabric stretch and there's a zipper at the back of the skirt
