This is a vintage, lightweight silk jacket. It has a Victorian /Romantic vibe - very reminiscent of early John Galliano draping.
The arms are ruched with 3 tucks at the elbow. Beautifully made in a fine herringbone silk - perfect for the luxurious elegance, gentle drape, softness and remarkable durability.

@traydader Ok, so shoulder to shoulder is 16”, but as there is an added puffiness to the top of the sleeve it could go to 17.
The waist laying flat is 15”
The bust is 18” measuring armpit to armpit. I’m 36C & it’s far too tight now.
The mannequin is 36” 27.5” 36”
I hope that helps a bit more with your decision 🌸

Thank you so much, that's really helpful! It's a gorgeous piece and it seems like it could fit, but I'm going to compare the measurements with a couple of similar garments I have.
