Allamanda button-down puff-sleeve cinched waist blouse

This top was purchased in Japan in August 2019 at a boutique- the brand is called Allamanda. Button-down (can be worn on it's own, or open as a layering piece). Condition and quality are excellent. Worn only a couple times.
