They were distributed to employees to of the New York Central Rail System. To hold the ever important time piece. the original fob. I can't find one like this for Alleghany. Found New in Package with another fob. That one is for New York Central Railroad. They are rare in this condition with the original strap attached. Many are just the emblem or are being past off with alternate straps. It measures just over 4½" Long with the strap and the logo emblem included. Awesome condition Strap is leather Adjustable, like a belt I think the buckle is sterling it has an anchor marking that's common of a company in England. It's really nice.
