@ludgero2000 hi, sorry I don't know the correct way to measure boots, but here are some of the approximate measures: Length: 10.5 inches, Width: 2.5 inches.
I'll say it's true to size! Some boots you might have to go up, or go down in size, but these are standard size 7 shoes.
